I've noticed that, but I need ones which correlate to my original km spedo. A Cdn truck's spedo goes to 180km/h, which is roughly 120mph, whereas American trucks only go to 85. So if I got the Imperial guages and ran at 65mph, which is close to the speedlimit here, I'd be going way over.
Yes, I bought them on ebay for $15.00 I have not put them in yet, but they look like it should be no problem. I took the dash apart to change out the light bulbs from white to blue. So I know it's pretty easy to get to the gauges. The blue lights didn't work out so I desided on the white gauges. Look at item #7953460474 see if these would work. I see the seller put SD gauges out sevearl times.
hockeycop.... yes, those are the ones.... i was actually watching that auction that you won.....i have not found any more like that still. the lights didnt work because the stock gauge overlay should be shaded to give the stock color, and the blue lights wont shine through very well. i like the look of the white faced gauges anyways. so if you decide not to install them, let me know and i will buy them off of you.
After talking to you yesterday, I desides to put the gauges in. They turned out really nice. I'm very pleased with it.... had a little problem with the needles, but finaly got them back the way they are supposed to be. Keep looking, if you like the look, you will be very pleased with these gauges for only $15.00
