Truck don't wanna start

Today something weird happened....

I went to start my truck and it turned over as usual, but didn't fire up. Tried it again, nothing.

Tried it a 3rd time, let it turn over about 6 times, instead of starting it was more like a queef.

Tried it a 4th time, let it turn over about a gazillion (maybe 15-20) and then she started. I smelled fuel, and the starter engaged fine, so I'm thinking it's plugs?

2000 with 69,500 on the clock.

Since i'm just about at 70k, i'm gonna do the almighty "tune-up" since i've never had a tune up, just 3k interval oil changes.

Here's what i plan:

-Plugs
-Wires
-Optima Yellow Top
-Fuel Injector Cleaner
-Brake Flush
-Clutch Flush (if the bleeder valve isn't too hard to access)
-3" drop coils 3" drop leafs (already have the 2" shackles)
-Doetsch Shocks all around
-20x8.5's on 275/45zr20 GY Eagle GTII
-Tranny Flush
-New Grilles
-New Mirrors
-Paint my bumper, mirrors, and handles

Okay, so some of this isn't really "tune-up" stuff, but I figured I'd share.

So let me know what you all think, if i'm missing anything, and
WHY DID MY TRUCK NOT WANT TO FIRE UP?

Check you coil pack. Sounds like its weak and not able to fire off the engine. Also, clean your MAF sensor with electronic cleaner.

How do i check the coil pack? I've been reading some posts lately saying the chilton manual give specs that would condemn a brand new coil pack.....

It wouldn't be a plug/wire problem?

Also, i just read a post by joe, he had the same problem, it was the fuel pump relay.

After the last crank, i smelled gas, so know it was feeding fuel....

Dude, you forget me already! It may or may not be this, but it happened to me to and turned out to be the fuel pump relay was bad. I replaced it for practilly nothing and all was fine after that. Good luck!
