Red face How to include pictures to forum

I'm not sure how to send and include a photo in the forums as many have done to show how they have made a change or a fix to a problem. Just would like to know if this is possible and how to do this. Thanks in advance.

We prefer that you link pics not post the image in the boards.

I suggest to have them in your gallery & then INVITE people to go view it.

Ok, then my next question would be, how do you post pics in the gallery? Is there a place that describes this in the FTE site? I had wanted to show a pic of the dash and my install of an after market brake controller on my 05 F250, so others might use the info.

Well, you're in the right forum

Those pics would be considered tech pics & as such the album that contains Tech pics must be hidden from the main forum page.
I would suggest creating seperate albums for tech pics, diagram pics & finally Regular photos.
You will see a little box that needs a Checkmark to hide it.

Here is a copy of another post in this forum.

Well, you start here to make sure you read & understand the guideline's

Well, I am learning a bit and have checked out all of these threads. Now, my next question is according to this posting, it says "go to the settings button, then click > edit user gallery etc." Where do you find the settings button? I have looked everywhere on the FTE site and haven't found it. It mustn't be this difficult but I'm not sure why I can't locate it, and I hate to be a bother, maybe you could point it out to me, please.

Actually (whoops) that was the old term before the bulletin upgrade.

On the far left end of the blue bar that runs across the top of the page you will see

Click that
