not much heating
Ford econoline 1992.I haved change the radiator the heater radiator the thermostat the heater fan well almost everything was done on this truck.still i have no heat comming out from my heater.d'ont know what to do anymore can someone help me please i am spending a fortune to fix this problem.

I'm not sure if your Econoline is the same, but on my '93 F150 water flows through the heater core at all times. The temperature is changed by a baffle that changes positions according to the setting on the temperature ****. This diverts more or less air across the heater core. If yours is the same, check the lines/linkage coming from your temperature control **** and make sure the baffle is working correctly.
