DFW Shindig/1/8th mile drags !!!
OK,
Texus is SSSSSSSOOOOOO Big, maybe we can start with a get together in the DFW area...
I'll volunteer my place as a starting point and the 1/8th mile strip is about 5 miles from me....
Won't be a WILD party, but we can "Pass a good time" as they say in my old neck of the swamps
So let's see what we can come up with for a date ....
I'm in the "country" between Burleson and Mansfield just north of 1187....
Now you Northern Metroplex'ers can't say too far - I'm in Plano and McKinney and Southlake seems every other weekend running the shopping module I call my wife around up there !

Hey John, I think these guys might be scared of the 1/8th mile, I know I am. I think if we found a good 1/4 mile track we would be in business. I know that my truck doesn't have the quick takeoff that a 1/8 track needs and can really breathe and run good times at 1/4 mile. Anybody that knows of a great 1/4 mile track that's open to a bunch of trucks pounding their blacktop, let us know. I know I'd be ready to run my stock truck just to see what kind of numbers it really produces.
