And I though I had heard it all
The following is from our friend John Borg; it is wise advice please act
now! The bill can be read in entirety at
http://www.le.state.ut.us/~2005/bills/hbillint/hb0161.htm
it's very short. You can also find you local rep at
http://le.utah.gov/house/DistrictInfo/newMaps/State.htm
This is a Utah house bill not a senate bill (H.B. 161)

Whats the point of this bill. Because I'm stupid and run my 4wheeler into a tree (done this) and crack my skull (haven't done this, yet) the cops will be called? I can understand the other points but to classify an orv with the likes of knives, guns, explosives etc is asinine. Guess I need to write a letter don't I?
Thanks
Mike

Well laws aren't just made. Just think how much money was spent to get that in front of the legislators. It seems to me that the extreme viro ***** as I like to call them want to have OHV use considered as illegal activity. At the very least they want to restrict off highway as much as possible.
