Chapter leader <> Who ?

Who was made Leader ?

I haven't read anything concerning a leader being elected

"The Chapter Leader is responsible for seeking out new Chapter members on the FTE forums (we provide the tools for this), overseeing the organization of events, meetings and gatherings. Additionally, we encourage Chapter members to seek out new members at auto shows, fellow Ford owners in the work place and Ford truck owners you may encounter in your day-to-day life. You may even consider telling local dealerships or auto parts stores about your Chapter."

And:

"Chapter Leaders may not hold a similar position or title with a competitive venture, or otherwise have his position on FTE cause a conflict of interest. "

Need Help ?
There is help in the general chapter discussion forum.

Please utilize this resource

We choose streetcruzer but I think he has been working alot of overtime. I think he has the right qualities to be the leader of the Indiana chapter and is willing to do anything for us when he has time. So we need to see if he is still willing and has the time to carry out your requirements.
I would like to see us organize I belive that we have alot of people that drop by but do not post and I would like to see us get meetings setup I would like to hook up with Fastronald in the Ill chapter and get together also the the big meet with all the FTE family in 2005.

Just my opinion

Chapter Leader

I'll bring up the Illinois/Indiana meeting at our December meeting this Sunday.
It would great to have both Chapters meet and help each other.
Streetcruzer sounds like the man for the job.

Chapter Leader

The Illinois Chapter discussed the joint Ill/Ind meeting today. Check the Midwest Meeting thread for more information.

We selected one location in Indiana we liked with a second as a back up site.

I would think either Streetcruzer or Chris_ce would be a good Chapter Leader.

We're happy to extend our help and establish a regular Ill/Ind meeting.

Feel free to e-mail or pm me with any questions. Thanks again, Fastronald

[QUOTE=Mil1ion]Who was made Leader ?

I haven't read anything concerning a leader being elected

Dennis: I was under the impression we had this wrapped up in a earlier thread, I was nominated and accepted the position and never heard anything after that! Is there something we missed or did not do? I have looked over all the imformation about duties of being a leader, and I believe I can perform them and maintain the high standards of this site!

And:
"Chapter Leaders may not hold a similar position or title with a competitive venture, or otherwise have his position on FTE cause a conflict of interest".

No conflict here,
Cruzer

From what I understand you just need to email Mil1on and tell him you are the Indiana leader.

Indiana Chapter Leader

Inform the site ( Ken Payne, etc. ) of your forming the Indiana Chapter and you are the Chapter Leader.

Then begin to set up your first meeting to gage interest and select officers, decide on meetings, etc.

Take a look at wht we did in the Illinois Chapter Needs a Leader thread and maybe it will offer you some suggestions or ideas that fit your goals.

I'll be happy to help!

A LONG time ago ?

The thread in question is ONLY 5 down from this one which is presently stuck to the top.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...d.php?t=235975

Time is running out unless streetcruzer is accepted.

*Remember the person elected as chapter leader needs to meet the criteria

That's why I have to be contacted.
