Hey guys, I thought I let you all know that there are about 6 sets of headers for sale on eBay right now. Buy it now for $209.99. They are supposed to come with bolts and gaskets. Do a search on his store for "v10".
Hey 73, those look like my Stone Racing headers i bought off of ebay also. They are well built although i had some minor fitment issues. The hardware was not high quality.I purchased some good copper gaskets from SCE gaskets. The bolts need to be longer, but overall they have performed great. To actually hold them in your hand is when you can tell how beefy they are, thick flanges, quality welds. It sure is better than paying 800-900 dollars for some.
Cool, there you have folks, resident mod master v10klzz71s likes them. I'd buy them myself, but obviously mine have to be custom. I did get some header flanges off ebay.
It was in, then I pulled it out. Grigg's racing's been working on front suspension for it. It took them 5 months just to make the front K-member. It's in a 71 Boss. I originally had it planned for my 73 Fastback (hence the name), but I came across a Boss on eBay that was just a shell and has new quarter panels, trunk floor, and floor pans on it. Got it for 900 bucks. Ironically, the v10 that I got off eBay cost the same price.

I certainly hope your going to be putting a whipple supercharger in that v10. That would be the only righteous thing to do. That's a great price on both buys. I assume the v10 was used. Was that the truck F450 v10 that had a blown plug at 40,000 miles? Just wondering cause I've been watching the v10's on ebay.

I actually am planning on putting on a whipple. The v10 was rebuilt. I got it a few months ago. It's still in the Ford crate with a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. It would be nice to take a v10 mustang in for warranty work.

That will be ALOT of HP and TQ for that stang. Any worries about frame racking with that uni-body? You might have to put wheelie bars on it for the street. My brother has a '72 Mach 1, in the beautiful blue color that they made it in. It's very original and has won a few local shows. Please take pics of the process and post them somewhere in the future. Best of fun and luck.
