Preadator Shift vs. Sonnax/Tricumulator?

Anyone know the difference in shift firmness between the Predator on the hardest shift setting and the sonnax valve & tricumulator springs installed.

I have a Predator installed right now, using the 100hp setting and the required hardest (not firm) shift setting. I like how the transmission now shifts, but was considering installing the valve and springs instead. Just curious how the two different methods compare.

The truck is a 2000 F-350 4x4 PSD. I've gotten a lot of useful information form you all, and I thank you for that. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
