Call the dealer where you bought the truck assuming you bought new, they may have key codes or they can call factory for the key codes and cut you new ones. They will try to sell you new locks, but you don't need them, tell them to call for codes.
I can't vouch for the superduty keys, but I just replaced one key on our Expedition and the dealer robbed me for $24 to cut a key. After I paid the parts department the $24, he told me not to use it in the ignition as it was not yet programmed (it would lock the ignition, making it unusable). He told me to go see their service department to get it "programmed". Service department wants $75 to program???? $99 for one F'in key! I took it to my local locksmith and had it programmed for under $30. I'll never go back to that stealer, oops I mean dealer, again. . . . sorry, just had to vent
Moral of story-It's gonna cost ya!
Shouldn't cost much at all, keys don't have built in computer chip, any bonded locksmith can cut you a new one. Then go to local hardware store and have them cut you two more. ONE for safe keeping.

Your Expedition has transponder keys.
The Super Duties are considered work vehicles and they do not have transponder keys just plain old fashion keys. Dealer should be able to cut you new keys or a good locksmith. Shouldn't cost more than $5 - $10 at the dealer or $5 at a locksmith. Had extra keys made for the wifes new 05 and they cost me $2 each.
Once I locked my key IN my truck....while it was running. Being it was a 2000 model, I couldn't use the keyfob thingy to unlock it. Soooo....I had to leave it running while I made the 7-mile trip down to my local dealer. The guy in there knew me, so he cut me a new key by looking up my VIN in a big book they had. Didn't charge me anything, either.....guess they felt sorry for the latest idiot to walk through the door.........

It's extremely easy to program the keys yourself and there is nothing special about cutting the new key. You can buy the uncut keys anywhere, have them cut and program them yourself for $10.
Just go to a reputable locksmith and they can cut you a new key based on your truck VIN number. Take your reg. and title to prove ownership. Then go to hardware store and have extra keys made, should be about 2.50 per key. Since the SD normally does not have a computer chipped key cost should be minimal.
