Interior door panel fasteners

That's what I have found too. You can rarely re-use them. They get bent and weakened once you pull them off. I got to the point where if I knew that I was going to be pulling a door panel off, I would make sure to have some new fasteners on hand. I did get them at NAPA, but they weren't cheap. It was about $5 for eight of them, something like that.
