I assume you mean an intercooler, from a dodge??? If I am reading that right. I have an intercooler from a SD, not installed yet, and a few other guys have them too, not to hard to install, takes some fabrication. I don't know how one from a dodge would fit in there. you will have to do some measuring a fabrication, but I would think that you could do it, provide it will pysically work in the radiator support.
yep, it basicaly is a radiator, but for air, not water. It will work, but wether it will fit, and you can make all the piping is the question. will require customs mounts, custom piping, and if it is thicker then the SD's possibly some a/c renovations.
as long as the tubes are wide enough to get around the radiator i wouldnt see why not. you would have to make some custom pipes to hook it up though. I would go with a superduty intercooler cause then you can just buy the pipe kit from gtsmotorsports.
I have an intercooler off of a 95 Cummins. I traded some tires for it in hopes that I would install it on my 95 PSD....NO GO! the intercooler is way too wide (the pipes clear the sides of the radiator by too much!!) The front of the truck has too much curvature for the intercooler to fit behind the grille. Besides, there isn't enough room on either side of the intercooler to run piping....inner fenders get in the way.
Well there you have it, all ready been tried, not gunna work. might save you from a ton of headache's Sell it on ebay and buy one from a SD for prolly less then you will be able to sell your's and make a few
