How many inches do you got?

offical measurement in marion was 14" i beleive. worst roads i had to deal with aren the trailer park. had to go after the mail in 4L. the park management only plows the main drag, leaving all the circles unplowed and thn he dissapears, i beleive he is making money on the side doing driveways. saw the park truck on the way home from my parents in larue the other night, broke down alongside the road. (81 shortbed chevy 1/2 ton) i hope it gets towed! as for level 1,2,&3 road emergencys, screw 'em, vehicle capabilty and driver ability are the real factors in winter weather, not what a ltd crown vic can handle.

Dang, I forgot to measure how much we got here. Kinda funny to here all you down in southern ohio complaining about this snow, it is what I am used to for a "good snow" out here in Montville. I left Dayton wed. but only made it to columbus before I got tired of all the stupid on the roads. Spent the night at my cousins and when I woke up thurs had to chip about an inch of ice off of my truck. I don't know who all got hit with that stuff but columbus to ashland was a sheet of ice, not snow that can be plowed. Drove all the way to montville (190 miles) in 2wd, parts of the 71 & 271 where ok but parts of it where like driving on an icey dirt road with pot holes and all from where ice got dumped and didn't get dumped. I did see a fair amount of cars off the road and more than a few that looked like the people tried to turn them over and used them as sleds.
Anyway I know by the time I got up here it had pretty much stoped snowing and even with the rain on wed night to knock the snow down it was over my knees when I stepped out of my truck. The only time I have had to use 4wd was to get in and out of my parents driveway becuase all that was shovled was enough for mom and dad to get out to the garage too the road. maybe I will take some pictures of what it looks like out here for all of you that have never seen real snow.
