What can be done to increase torque?

I'm looking for a cost effective way to increase torque on my bronco for towing. Any ideas?

Might I suggest a cam kit?
It will all depend on what you really want out of your bronco. You can pick up a cam kit that will really increase your torque for towing. Comp cams have good cams.

Just make certain that when purchasing a cam that you make certain the lobe separation is within tolerances for a speed density truck if your truck is still speed density and not mass air injected. Mass air will adjust for greater changes in cam lobe lift and separation whereas speed density cannot. Again, cam manufacturers can answer this question before you buy.
