292 to FE in 1964 f100

I recently aquired a 1964 f100 with a 292. I fired her up today and she carries no oil pressure and has a nasty lower knock. My question is what is the difference in the motor mounts from 292 to FE? What years will work? The swap will be original engine and 4speed to FE and 4 speed. Thanks.

If I am not mistaken, for the pre-65 and the 4x4's, you need to use the FE mounts which attach at the timing cover and the "ears" on the tranny bellhousing. Hold out for the experts though...

The FE in my '74 F250 has the mounts for the side of the block. I believe my "74 F150 is also the same. Both of these are 4X4.
