any diesel tuners out there????

i am looking to buy a chip or programmer or what have you, there are relly to many to choose from. i have a 2000 cc 350 with a 7.3 that tows 4 times a week a 4 horse trailer that weights something like 15000. a little better mileage would be nice, but just a tad more power would be nicer. i was looking at the egde attitude with juice and the bully dog 4 bank chip. i dont know much about the programmers. any one out there know more than me?? any help would be nice.

ok, for my application of heavy towing and constant road miles what should i be looking at a chip or a programer. what i am really looking for are the ones that i should stay away from and the better ones out there. i am looking for the before and after mileage, if there was any difference. some claim as high as 5 miles better. i keep my foot out of it, i dont drag, and i dont rawhide this truck. i have another one for that.

Heavy towing... go with a chip and get a pyrometer. Stay away from the fueling boxes unless you intend to install a shift valve to firm the tranny up for the added power. WIth a chip you can switch down the power at altitude or steep inclines if you start seeing high temps. Unlikely you'll get a 5 mpg improvement unless the stock PCM code is one of the really bad ones. Most people seeing 5 mpg are going by the mileage computer instead of measuring it themselves. The mileage computer is thrown way off by the installation of a chip or tuner.
