Roaring noise

93F150 6cyl 5spd

I getting a roaring noise after I shift gears then it goes away after lower rpms
anyone know what it could be?

You might take look at the fan clutch. If you do a forum search by fan clutch or clutch fan you can probably find numerous post with info on how to check it. You can also do a "Google" search by "check fan clutch" and you will probably get some procedures back from that also.
