Has Anyone Had Problems With Non Ford Front Pads Causing The Truck To Pull To The Left Or Right? What About The Drivers Side Front Tire Locking Up During Braking On Wet Roads

 

I think you have the same truck and problem I have. The stock rubber brake lines going to the calipers are weak and don't provide even pressure to both sides. I'm going to steel braided lines, just haven't found a set a price I can afford.

 

Just Replaced Both Brake Lines And Calipers, Still Does Not Make Any Difference.

 

I replaced my front brakes, brake lines, and rotors last summer. When I was done it pulled to the right.

Two things I did:

1. Took it all apart and made sure the calipers slide easily in the caliper rails. Unfortuneately it still pulled right, but this could be the cause.

2. I then checked my tire pressure, and sure enough, the front right was about 20 psi low . I added air and it pulled no more.
