emblem

i have a 1988 ford f150,4x4 there is a #1special edition emblem above the f15o emblem.whats it mean i cant seem to get any answers.

I have a 92 F150 4x4 that has a special emblem but don't know what that means either. Truck actually seems pretty much base model other than 4x4. It has the rubber floor, bench seat, 4.9L, M5od, and 3.08 gears.
