i would find out the specs on each bar what there made of how big is the tubing, ect then i would compare price with durability and go from there that would be one area i would not want to skimp on. just my .02
I bought the donahoe racing one so I can't really comment on those others. It's beefy and super easy to install/adjust. I think I paid about $225 for it.
the one's i looked @ are 1" steel.. my stocker is 3/4. i think the donahoe is aluminum. do i need the hemi joints on each end? the one i seen for 142 adj at the one end only...
you could measure what you need then, cut the stocker, sleeve it and weld it.. for about the cost of a sleeve and and two weld rods... about $25, cheaper and stronger then the others.. do it right and it will look real nice. i ran the sleeve the entire length, welded it at the very ends, ground it just a tad, looks like it came that way from the factory and is about 1 1/4" thick!
Does anyone know how to get an adjustable track bar on a pre March of 1999 F-250 SD? I can't find any company that makes one for my truck. Is there any way to say switch the trac bar bracket on my truck to make it work with all the sway bars out there?
