460 - Holley 750 cfm jetting

We've just put a rebuilt 460 (9.2:1 compresion and a mild cam) into our '76 4 x 4 and are using a Holley 750 cfm Vac. seconday carb (that's what was lying around in the shop at the time) that was previously jetted for a race application.
Can anyone recommend a good starting point for primary and secondary jetting?

Thanks, Dave
