38, and I am on my fourth F-150 in a row. I go the lease route for a work truck. I have had a '97,'99','2002 and now a 2004 XLT 5.4 4x4. I have had great luck with these trucks, no major problems with any of them (although I only put 45k miles or less on them). The 2004 F-150 is a good improvement over the previous design, and I wouldn't think of buying another brand.

33. 2005 FX4 SCab to be delivered in Dec. Had to do it before I pop the question, so I didn't feel it was necessary to get an FX4 SCrew, even though that's what I initially was going to get. I'd rather invest my money in my future wife.

Smart man! Get all your goodies now. Pretty soon you'll have to start sneaking them past the wife.

I guess if I hadn't joined the USAF, and spent all my $ on women I could have afforded a truck like mine in my early 20's. I guess I just didn't want to drive this monster to carry my skinny butt around. I can "justify" the truck somewhat better now that I own a home, and no more kids on the way (hopefully...). My two children (10 and 8) LOVE the truck! (even riding in the somewhat smaller backseat of the SCAB).

Speaking of age, I think they ought to change the law to 21 before you get your license. Down here in Texas their killing themselves and everyone else on the roads. my 2 cents.

26 and single with 3 dogs. A man can only take so much bulldog, retriever and husky breath on trips to the coast before it is pickup and camper shell time. It's not hard to afford when your only kids have hair all over and you spent more time working and studying than spending in college. Dad was right. It did pay off! And I'm glad I listened every day I get to cruise the big FX4 SCREW to work or to the beach!
