I know that if someone has a superchip and sells it its vin locked to that truck. But what if they return the program in the truck to stock? I mean take off the program and put the original back in. Would the super chip be able to work on another truck then? I can get a great deal on one for my truck. Thanks

 

Yes, that is a big selling point for a tuner. When buying a used chip you have to have the same code to make it work, the tuner does that for you and as long as it has been programmed back to stock then it is good to go!
