About an hour ago at work, I was working on a fan. I had changed the motor so I was snapping the cage back together. All of the sudden the cage caught 2 of my fingers and wouldnt let me go. If I were not working right next to the bench where I could grab my screwdriver I would have been trapped.

 

I backed up over the water meter box (one of those in the ground types) with the front tire of a F350 loaded with Granite boulders. Got lucky and only split the line after the meter so I could shut it off and repair it.

A 208 Volt, 3 phase, 100 Amp circuit makes a helluva spark when shorted.
Luckily I was 15 feet from it when I turned on the breaker. This was a combined result of the electiricians not capping bare wire and me being at the right breaker but in the wrong panel. Left a nice big black mark on the floor of the lab too.

Make sure you know where you are before you rip a mega stinky fart. I thought I was home in my bed when I did this and in turn woke up my Fiance with the stench. I was in HER bed not mine....

Superwalmart had them frozen for less than ten bucks a box (maybe three pounds) for a while but it has been atleast a year since they carried them.

Well the stupid thing I have done in the last day or so was a good one hehehe. I got paged out to a vehicle wreck yesterday and the car flipped over with a nice little entrapment. So I being one of 3 available fireman who know how to run the jaws of life cut my cast off in the middle of the highway with a sawzall so I could cut the lady out of the car. My hand and arm is hurting like hell today but sometimes we do what we must. The EMTs told me I was crazy. Just to make things interesting last month I broke that hand and arm by dropping a pickup truck on it. I am on a roll with stupidity here lately

 

We goin to wally world weekend after next..we gonna have some fun.
