Aerostar right front tire wear?

Hi, my Aerostar (1992 2WD sport) and the previous Aerostar I owned (1990 AWD) both have worn the right front tire on the outside edge to the point of replacement while all three other tires are like new. Anyone else?. Anything I can do to remedy this?. It also pulls to the right but so has every Ford van or truck 2WD or 4WD that I ever owned. Comments?
Thanks

Stop turning Left. HAHA. Check your Balljoints, tierods. It most likely be a lil to much camber on the right side. Also the pull to the right is right hand tyre toe out.

007 bronco I just had that problem with mine 93 ext bad ball joint and broken coil spring. It could be very hard to tell if the spring is broken mine broke about 6 inches off the bottom didnt know untill it was all apart. It is also a costly fix. Cost me 700.00 to make mine drive write again. did some other things to front end to.

Wow, guess I better check that too! As for the cost I do all the work myself as well and I have a parts van. Although I would of course use new ball joints or tie rod ends. Thanks for the tips!

You got screwed buddy. For the complete job on mine was 400$ Cdn. thats BJs, TRs,springs. The only thing I haven't replaced is the control arm bushings. That cost me 100$ for uppers and lowers.

My '87 Aerostar 3.0 V6 has done the exact same thing. I've had three alignments done over a period of 12 years, new front Monroe gas shocks in 2001. I run four P215 75 R14 tires, WW. 35 PSI at all times. The steering wheel is straight, it tracks straight at 70 MPH on the freeway when you let your hands off of the steering wheel. The RF tire wears on the outside edge, gradually, LF normal, rear tires look new all the time. The only thing else I can say, is when I use my Craftsman 3 ton floor jack on the RF, as soon as the tire is off the ground, it has a tendency to "toe in" when the suspension is hanging. My Dad's '96 Dodge Ram 1500 does not do this. As soon as the tire is off the ground, it looks normal. The nature of the Aerostar beast? Original tie-rods replaced at 106K, van has 137K now. New tie rods did nothing to correct the wear dilemma...

I had problems for the past two years with abnormal wear that ultimately turned out to the upper control arm bushings. Even though multiple alignments keep saying nothing was out of order.

Thanks guys, these are all the same symptoms I have, worn right front outside, left side a little less, rear tires perfect. Heavy steering and noise when going over speed bumps or braking when backing up.
Guess its time to get it on stands and check everything out real good and maybe I'll replace the upper and lower bushings/ball joints on spec even if they seem OK. I did the last alignment myself at -.125".
P.S. the recommended alignment of -.125" --is that measured at the tire or rim?. I did mine at the fwd and rear edges of the rim but if I would have done it at the tire it would have been closer to -.250"???
Thanks again

I've lucked out as I did my own alignment as a temporary one and never got around to taking it to a shop. I've had normal wear both sides over the last year. I used -3/4 " though.
