turn signai/hazard signal

Somewhere along the circuit, from where the fuse is, the circuit has gone to ground, it could be anywhere under the frame if you don't see it from the sockets (even they have been known to short out so check those too with a multimeter((Battery disconnected useing owms to check)))
If not there, then the most other likely place would be in the column, where the turn switch is, also the flashers could be the problem (they will short out too, but they usually don't get a connection when they do)
These are the MOST likely places that it could be at. Useing a multimeter is a good way to find it, and if you haven't used one, now is a good time to start, they usually are pretty cheap at your local Radio Shack Store for around 10.00.
