I saw an '05 Saleen Mustang S281 at the Omaha Auto show this weekend. Best looking new stang I've seen in about 30 years! There is no extra space in the wheel wells in this stang! The sheet metal looks cool too! The car adds an extra 100 ponies under the hood (w/supercharger), and if you want to wait a little while longer, Saleen will be selling the S281E rated at 500 HP. The price of the of the S281 non-supercharged (325 HP) is approximately $38,000 while the S281 supercharged version (400 HP) goes for about $45,000. The S281E (E for Extreme) 500 HP I was not able to find a price for. Check it out for your self at Saleens web site.
