I purchased my 92 F150 a couple of months ago. I have been doing all the usual stuff on a truck that has been ignored for a year. We decided on a Ford based on cost, availablitily of parts, and technical support.

The truck has ~148k, extended cab, full length bed, and is an XLT. I needed a truck for home improvement and daily transportation for the near term.

I have been lurking for some time and found a great deal of information on the site that was very helpful.
