I just became the new owner of a 2001 F350 Powerstroke. It's a very nice vehicle, but I want to know more about it. Can anyone assist me in deciphering the VIN to determine what the original factory specs were?

Welcome to FTE. If you are looking for info about equipment, axle ratios, paint and interior, then you will find all of those codes on the door sticker. Sorry I can't be of more help, but you will have to post the specific code, I am sure someone on here will be able to tell you what it means. The only real equipment code in the VIN is one letter for the engine code and you already know what that is.
