My cousins 68 Rancho

I just have so say my cousin has a old rancho That was his first car and has not drove it in a long time. He does start it every year but it just sits there wanting attention. Well I got him to give me a ride and holy crap! I can not belive how fast that car is. It has a 351 cleveland stock.can some one tell me the difference between a 351c and a 351w? I do not hear much about 351c..

the main difference is the heads. the W has all its' valves lined up in a row, while the Cleveland has "canted" valves. they are set at compound angles to allow the air/fuel a better path to the cylinder. designwise, the C is a downscaled big block and the W is an upscaled small block. the C came in two versions, 2V(big ports and valves) and 4V(bigger ports and valves.

I think your right Oaktree. 351W option in 69 and 351C in 70. it must not be stock.
