67-72 F-100 Parts

hey everyone, I'm new to the chapter. I'm 16 and just recently bought my first truck. She's a beast but its still very cool. Its a 1969 F-100, 360 3 speed. I'm currently looking for used front fenders and the inners too. I only paid $250 for the truck and its completely solid except the fenders. So if anyone has any or knows some where, were I wont pay an arm and a leg I'd really like to hear from ya.

Hey guys I have a 72 out back that I'm parting out. I'll go check out the fenders in the morning. I remember the hood being good, but can't remember the fenders. If they are worthwhile at all I'll send you an e-mail.

I have a source here in town that has a few of these old trucks, are you still looking for some items?

hey, yes I'm still looking around for parts for my truck. I've looked everywhere in my area and have been unable to find any. It'd really be great if you know a place to get them. I'm more than willing to travel a distance to find some parts. I live in the London/ St. Thomas area.

Thanks hope it works out,

Rick

Hey Gregorri welcome to the chapter , I'm 16 too , its nice to know that there is someone else on the chapter my age. I know where there's a 68/69 truck in a scrapyard that might have some usable parts , give me a shout if you need some.

While you are looking

Marc here in Winnipeg...

If you happen upon a nice headliner, a good dashpad and a chrome tailgate handle.. I need those for my 67.

Let me know what you find

Marc

Wink

Marc, I do have a nice dash pad, BLACK with no cracks. I kept it due to the fact that I dyed my other one white since no one has a white dash and door panels. Just something different. Will try to get you some photo's as soon as I get another dig. camera. John

Hey everyone

I think I've finally got all the parts I need now. I've got lots of replies from just south of the border. Check out ebay for good stuff. Taking the drive is worth the while. There's no scrapyards in southern ontario that seem to have anything thats ok. This site is probably one of the best sites to come by parts I have to say though. I'm sure glad I stumbled upon it. I'm thinking about putting a 428 in my truck or there's another motor my dad has being stored. Its out of a Mach 1 mustang... 1970 I believe? We thinks its a 390 high proformance or a 427. Does anyone know how I can find out for sure what it is? One other thing I'm still trying to find a nice grille.
Thanks
Rick

It won't be a 427 or a 390.

More than likely a 351C,351W,or a 428.

What is the 5th digit of the Vin # ?

I'll try to have a look in the morning. It has a special bold pattern on the manifolds that fit my dad 390 high proformance so that makes us wonder.
