I think I found what I am looking for. It's plush will seat 5-7 people and will pull what I need to. But where can I find any info on them before I buy it? It's a 1984 and has 110k on it. It looks great from the out side and the people that own it are old and have taken verry good care of it. No dents or dings this will be my first diesel and I want to put a 12' camper on it. can any one help? I am going to go drive it in the morning any info will help. thair asking $4800.00 obo how can I value it in todays real world. I know thay payed an arm and a leg for it new. I do not want to insult them.

Don't even know what kind of truck you are talking about. Is it the kind that looks like a van on the front and a 350 with a sleeper and flatbed on the back?]

If so, they are really pricey new. I think if it's in cherry shape, 4800 wouldn't be a steal, but it wouldn't be rape either.

Just research the older IDI's a little to know what to look for when you go drive it and poke around on it.

 

never mind all this thing will not work for what I need. so i'm off on something diffrant. 6.9 turbo motor home.
