Sterling 9.75 vs. Dana 60

Has anyone done a comparison between the new sterling 9.75 (97-up F-150 5.4) and the Dana 60. I know the Dana 60 comes in a full floater and will be more durable in that catagory; but I would like to know about housing weight, durablity, axle spline, housing ground clearance (with identical tire diameter). Does the strength to weight ratio pay off to use the new axle in application where weight or ground clearance is an issue. The only thing I can find out is that they share the same ring gear diameter (9 3/4") and the pinion shaft is larger in the 9.75.
