Besides, I thought I told you we are moth balling the Howitzers for a few years. We're MPs for now. And I've half a mind to stack yall up nekkid and take some pictures. Have to search the Yahoo yellow pages and see if I can get a street address. Think I'll start with a search for "smarta$$ pennsylvanian" and see what comes up.

Actually, 'Fenders, I had to stick up for you. I noticed you live in the Quad Cities which is under 90 min. away-close enough fer that artillery ta hit! And all our cornfield "camo" is being harvested as I speak....
God bless Iowa-the only Midwestern state that makes Illinois actually feel superior about its crappy roads.

Yep.... still go to church with whats left of the Allisons... and was a friend of Neal Bonnett.... surveyed the property he built his house on... Still see Red Farmer fairly often at the "Morning Coffee" meeting at Mcdonalds... Nascar is still a religion in this neighborhood... any big civic event brings out Davey's old car... one of the local photographers bought it from Bobby and fully restored it to race condition.
well maybe you can't find 'where' in Hueytown I live

Boy, I ought to be slapped upside the head for forgetting Neal. Red wuz a little before my time, but I've read about him-didn't know he was from Hueytown.
As far as yer location, I seem to recall a picture of your garage posted sometime this year that showed the house number. Besides, how big can Hueytown be?
Oops, just looked on the atlas & discovered both the 15,000 odd pop. of Hueytown, plus the fact it's right next to Birmingham. Looks like yer safe for the moment, we won't be dropping in unexpectedly for dinner anytime soon!

Homespun,
Just to clarify, those are Pre-Hurricane Hueytown stats. Most people in AL live in mobile homes. At least the ones they interview after the tornaders do. They probably live a few counties north now. I seem to recall some statute where you get free lot rent for a year wherever it ends up.
And my favorite old timer was David Pearson. No idea what year, but a Daytona 500 finish between him and Petty will forever be my favorite race ending.
