i have my factory subs installed on my aftermarket pioneer deck. But when i power on the deck i get apoping noise from teh sub. To my understanding the sub only needs 5v instead of 12 v which my remote wire is sending. I only have one remtore wire, no 5 v wire that i know of with this pioneer deck. Can anyone help me out?

 

Have someone with knowledge of resistors install one in line on the blue/white wire comming of the back of your deck. The right resistor will drop the voltage down to 5 volts. Good luck
