Hi Everyone. I wanted to join a classic truck club in the Sacramento/Davis/Vacaville area of California. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with website were I might find a club that helps members with projects. I do not have the time or money to start my own project but I am "itching" get my hands under a hood.

There is a local group called the Ford Federation. They only do 53-56 though. Sorry I don't have a number for them. They will be at the Sac Vintage car show on the 24th. Their leader is named Chuck and he drives a baby-blue 56. I'll have my 54 there too. Look me up and I'll introduce you. John

I was assuming that the vintage car show you were referring to was at cal expo but i checked the cal expo calendar and I did not see any car show scheduled for the 24th.

Could you give me more info about the show?

Hi Jason, the show is held at Sacramento Vintage Ford on Merchantile Drive in Rancho Cordova. It is a monthly show held through October. It is always on the last Friday of the month. There will prob be 200+ cars there. See you there, John
