I talked to Quality Inn today. Because of the hassle they are giving us the rooms for $49.95 + tax. Call and tell them you are with Fordtoberfest. You need to call before Sept 25,2004 to get the rooms. If they have the rooms they will give you that price after the date but they have several conferences in town that weekend so it will be close.

I have blocked 30 rooms 1/2 Doubles and 1/2 Kings. If you have any problems talk to Alice Steventon. I dealt with her directly so she knows the whole deal.

If we need more than 30 rooms they will give the same price it is just depending on if they have more rooms at that time. The sooner you call and get your room the better.
