Help...Code 171 and 174

Help...Code 171 and 174
While my wife was driving her '98 EB Expedition, the SES light came on, so I took it to AutoZone to pull the codes. They told me it's showing 2 codes...171 and 174, which, per Autozone, is a lean condition on both banks.
The vehicle has been running great. Just before she left the house, I filled the washer reseviour, then this happened. I noticed the Vacuum decal under the hood shows the washer reseviour is part of the system, but surely this isn't related to filling the washer resevour.
Any ideas?
