Yes welcome Mcgyver. Also, there are some real good pics of the UVC harness and clips in this thread. We've been having a lot of questions on this lately.

Yeah, I know...but the search feature is what led me to the thread. Just went from there.

BTW, put a uvc harness on today and problem solved!

Thumbs up

Well I have been reading posts for quite awhile but spent more time on subjects pertaining to the Lightning and Harley trucks with SC 5.4's.

Just inherited the '00 and am getting into the diesel world.

Mcgyver,

What were your symptoms? I have some new harnesses to put on mine. Will probably do it tomorrow night. Looking for some encouragement that this will solve my cold start/rough run situation......

can these "pinched" wires cause ses light to come on, Im throwing two codes (p1391 and p1393) right now that have to do with Glow Plug Circuit Low Input Bank on both sides. is this cause of this service engine light? or what else should i look for.

Did you put a relay or a module in it? California emmisions trucks dont have GPR's they have a GPCM (Glow Plug Control Module)
