can anyone reccommend a seller with the original blue oval on the key. Some of the ones i found have the black stamp version like the ones that the dealer gives you. Also, is there a chance that these keys could mess up the anti theft computer being that they were not purchased directly from Ford?
OK this is driving me nuts!!!! I cannot get any of these links to work on my computer. I found someone on ebay that sells them for $10 but not sure if they are blue ovals. Could Dunk or GordoPoncho reply with an item number or something that I can look up to get the auction. Thanks
Try this link, it's where I bought mine.......I tested this after I posted and the only way I could get it to work was Highlight it and copy it, then paste it to the address bar up top. do that and it will get you there......
The links don't work because this site puts some stuff in front of the link. Just click on the link and when it comes up with the error, go to the Address bar and delete the https://www.ford-trucks.com/lc/lc.php?action=do&link== part and the remaining link will work.

Ordered blue oval key off ebay last Tuesday. Went out of town for the weekend and about an hour after I got home there was a knock at my door. Answered the door and this guy handed me my key still in its plastic bag and the packing slip, no box or padded envelope it was shipped in. Said he found it in the street while walking his dog Sunday morning about five blocks from where I live. I live in an apartment building and when I receive a package via USPS, the postman leaves it on top of the mailboxes. I guess one of my 'friendly' neighbors took it, found they couldn't use it, then tossed it. Feel pretty darn lucky this guy found it and brought it back to me. Nice to know there are a few honest people left in the world.
I just received a blue oval key from eBay. I haven't had the chance to have it cut or programmed. I know that you need both original keys in order to program the new spare. What happens if you lose a key and then want to program another? Can I just put in the original, the first spare (programmed previosly) and then the new spare? Just wondering...... Thanks.
