Hi all, 93 Explorer's 4wd is not working. I do not hear any noise from shift motor or from the module and the indicater lights on the switches do not illuminate. The fuses in the dist. box and fuse panel are good and it has power at the 4WD switch panel. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS! I did a site search and could not find any help. Thanks.

 

I could have sworn there used to be a sticky in this forum regarding this. It's probably a problem with the transfer case shifting motor. Check this link http://www.glue.umd.edu/~singletn/web/pages/tcase.html it may help with how to remove and clean the motor.
