After 8 months of having these units installed into my 90 Bronco, I finally had the pictures developed.

Thanks all
Lets see. How low do we really want to go? Kinda stuck on really slug. The Atlas low is 3.8 low and the Klune is 2.7 low. Plus both the diffs have 4.56 gears and ARB's front & Rear.

It's nice having 4 different ratios to choose from while in 4x4 = high range or 2.7 or 3.8 or combined for 6.5 Way too cool. I almost went for the 5.0 low range Atlas, but I Probably would not have gotten it until now. Too long of a wait.

BTW - I ended up decentegrading my rear end, cause of this setup. The diff carrier split in half along with the spider gears in hand fulls of pieces. And of all the places for this to happen in my own driveway. This happened the day before I was going to go to Hollister Hills with a bunch of other Bronco owners for on off road trip.

HA HA HA HA I about died. Had to wait about a half hour before I could compose myself to reply.

Also, I wanted to say that I just finally received my 35 spline ARB for the Dana 44 front end. I have spare housing that I'm getting cleaned up to install the ARB & new gears(4.56). Haven't been able to go wheeling since I grenaded my rear and rebuilt it with the new gears. Can't wait!!!

so your around 140:1 for about 5 grand

I am 137:1 for under 1 grand with a 203/205 doubler.

but none the less if I had the cash to blow I would have done it as well. So post up some bronco pics.

You relatively safe from me. I moved from the Inland Empire to the Florida Hill country. Where did you get the 35 spline ARB?

I purchased mine from 4WheelPartsWholesalers. But now that they are available, most all the suppliers will be able to get them. I had to wait about 2 months for mine. Mainly cause they are still new and there is this thing called supply & demand. So I ordered 3 of them. I, also have a 72 Scout II that I'm building up. One for the Bronco front end and two for the Scout. Here's a pic of the Scout the day I picked it up in it's stock form:

Hey Jopey,
As soon as I get my spare front pumpkin built with the new 35 spline ARB and axles and then put into the Bronco then I will try and get some pictures taken when a take it out wheeling to break it in. I can't wait!!!

Which Dana 60 knuckles, axles etc. are you going to use? I'm considering putting that set up in a cut & bent ttb housings with reinforcing gussets. That would be 4" + of lift without the need for dropped axle pivot brackets, Dana 60 axles and hubs, and a stronger carrier which happens to be selectable. Its going to be interesting to see if this will work in a ttb.

Good point. The thing that its is intriguing about the Klune is the ability to engage it while in 2wd. Of course you can do that with a twin sticked tcase also.

with the doubler I can enguage the 203 box and have 2:1. but quite honestly with the 6.69:1 1st gear in my tranny and 5.13's in the diffs I am pretty low in high range
