That test was done a few miles south of Abq, The Tech does a lot of explosive work for the Gov, all parts including Home Land security, the tests make the local news and some are real good to watch.
Discovery did a show on them also. At least I think it was Dis.

Should add, the Line-X wall did 'budge', the wall itself would have been ruined, just all the blocks and fragments were contained between the coating.
