99 Ranger 4X4 problems HELP!

And I had saved the text of the article that was over at TRS, so here it is:
Step 1 - To get the covers off the hubs look in one of the narrow holes to see the retaining
pins are. You want to SPIN (don't pry or the housing will crack!) the middle piece to move the
retaining pin to the other side of the hole. I used two screw drivers (in the big holes) and
pushed in as I twisted them - the cover will pop out.
Step 2 - Remove the Cover, dust cover, and plastic parts within
Step 3 - Use the screwdriver to gently pry the two white pieces apart. Only one piece has a
metal bit in it - remove it (see below) from the back by prying it up with a small screw driver.
The pieces WILL NOT stay together now so don't worry about trying to get the white things to
hold the spring - they'll do just fine once you put them back in the housing. Just turn that white cap over, pry a screwdriver under the exposed metal piece on the top of the cap, and break it loose, and it will fall right out. It is held on by 2 small dots of epoxy/cement stuff. Pretty simple. Be sort of gentle as to not mess up the white plastic cap. The metal itself is really thin, and bends easily. I wasn't really planning on re-using it again, though.
Step 4 - Put the plastic pieces and spring back in the same order they came out. Be sure to
clean the seal off before re-installing it.
Step 5 - Put the seal in the cover and put the cover back on. Get your screw drivers and push
and twist the cover back on to lock it on place.
Step 6 - You're done! The hubs should be locked 100% of the time like the newer rangers
Hope this helps.
