Chip advice and emissions test?
Okay, I made my decision. My "poor man's mods" will be K&N filter in stock airbox and chip or tuner. I have a 99 4.2 Stickshift 4x2. I dont mind using premium fuel. More power is a must; better MPG is a plus. Which chip or tuner is best for me? Please be specific, I dont know anything about this stuff. Also, tell me if there's a chance I'll fail emissions. Thanx
