hi, Im just wondering if anyone can tell me if a 5R55E 5 speed auto can handle a supercharged 97 pushrod 4.0, in my old ranger that I had supercharged, it was putting out about 240 hp and about 335 lb ft at the crank, I would just like to know if thats just asking for trouble with that trans? or if it should handle it

Trans-Go makes a shift kit for the 5R55E, that's probably something worth looking into with that kind of setup.
