The same rule's apply, Find an old junk head like the one you want to do...split it in half in the ports.. and mark down...where your water jackets are..and dont get thin in that area... save at least .100" plus and watch your radius..I have done 3 head sets here..and didnt charge for them...but..I told family, If I SCREWED UP....they were buying new heads...Not me!!! So Far So good!!! But I am still learning!! Russ, its been 30 years, and it aint like a bike!!
