water in smoke stacks

1997 F-250 Heavy Duty CC powerstroke. I'm thinking of installing stacks. Just wondering what you guy that already have them have done about rain running down in to the stacks??? Just thinking that this could be a problem. thanks

Small hole at the bottom of the pipe where it bends...lowest point, or install rain guards. The flapers are cool!

I used flex pipe under the truck between the splitter T and the exhaust. I used a strap like clamp and it actually made a tiny little pinch in the bottom of the flex pipe. When the truck is running you can just feel the exhaust on your hand - so that worked out well!!
I also have a pair of plastic Sch 40 6" pipe caps that fit just right on my 5" slash cut stacks. I usually put them on over night whenever rain is in the forecast. If your getting turnouts - I wouldn't even worry about the water - my buddy has a Dodge with 5" turnouts and he's never had any water coming out of them after a rain storm.
