i just got the sc tuner for the 05 with the 4.6 i just installed it but i can already tell the i like it alot just cause it now feels like i am driving a V-8. missed that feeling. no telling on the long term perfomance will let you know.

 

Has anyone had problems with the superchips causing the truck to stall at an idle? I have an 04 and my superchips has been sitting in the garage for months because I can't use it. I have an airrade intake and a magnaflow exhaust, truck runs great. I install the tuner and the truck will stall out at in stop and go traffic or at a stop light, happens on 87 octane and 91 octane program. I sent it to superchips, they updated it... same thing... I uninstalled it months ago and the truck hasn't stalled once. I tried this several times with the same result. I really want to use it because the difference with the 91 octane program is sweet.

 

I recently received the Superchips and have only tried the high performance setting. Very pleased with the shift points and HP gain. My gas mileage has probably dropped since I can't seem to keep my foot off the gas pedal!

I'll be pulling a 6500lb travel trailer in a couple of weeks. What can I expect to see when switching to the towing program?
