Anyone had any luck with RS9000's in the rear? And yes, I'm staying with Rancho only. I figure 9000's in back, and replace the 5000's in front (with 5000's). Oh man is it time for shocks!
I'd post in Offroad/4x4, but I want to hear it from my fellow bronco fanatics

I have RS9000's all the way around and love them. I have the remote in the dash and would not be without them. I had the 5000's on a F150 and the 9000's are worth the extra money. I have tehm on my 1995 Bronco and am getting ready to put them on my 2000 F150
I have the 9000's on the rear of my F350 and like them alot. The adjustable feature is nice for smoothing out the ride when the truck is empty and firming it up for a load. I don't know that a Bronco is going to need the adjustable feature unless you're towing with it, but they are still nice shocks. I also like the Bilsteins I put in the the front. In my opinion they are a better shock, and less expensive too, but I just wanted the adjustable feature on the back axle. On my Bronco I am going to put Bilsteins all the way around when the time comes for new shocks.
Bilsteins that are cheaper than 9000's? Dude, where do you shop!? I haven't been able to find them for my 6" lifted Bronco. Bilsteins are my only exception to a different brand of shocks. Are yours the 5100 series, or the basic yellow-painted ones?
Mine are yellow. They were $57 versus $75 for the 9000's. Got them at www.offroadwarehouse.com My truck is stock height (it's a one ton, so I didn't need any lift to fit 33x12.50's ).
It occurs to me that Rancho no longer sells 9000's. They only now offer 9000X's. Not what I want. I guess I've decided on the new Skyjackers' Thanks all
